The Paraninfo of the University of Colima witnessed the graduation of 102 students from the School of Economics, to whom the authorities of this house of studies delivered the proof that supports their academic preparation at the higher level.

In the emotional ceremony, which lasted almost two hours, 22 certificates of the Bachelor of Finance, 25 of the Economics, 42 of International Business and 13 of the International Business in English Modality. It should be noted that, of this last one, it is the first generation that graduates, because this curriculum was created in 2014 by the then prinicpal José Manuel Orozco Plascencia.

"The Faculty of Economics not only graduates students with the tools necessary to face the challenges of the workplace, but people committed to society," said the prinicpal Oriana Zaret Gaytan Gomez, who thanked the students "for being pioneers in working with international and local platforms, to promote projects for their teamwork and their commitment to learning ".

To the parents she said: "I fall short when talking about the achievements of their children. This is just a sample of what they achieved within our institution, for which I have no doubt that they have the tools and skills to face any difficulty. "
